If you would like to attend one of these classes, please contact the organiser direct. Cornerstone Box Office will not be able to book places on these classes.

Pilates Matwork Classes
Using a series of slow controlled movements, pilates is an enjoyable form of exercise which can improve posture and balance, strengthen your core and reduce stress. Suitable for any fitness level.
