All participants must fill in and sign an Enrolment Form before the start of the first class or workshop. Parents/Carers must complete forms on behalf of children under 16.
 
Forms can be downloaded from the GREEN BOX on the left or collected from the Box Office.
 

Please note, children must have reached the minimum age for their class by the start of term.
