In person at the Box Office

The Box office will be open from Tuesday – Saturday 10am – 6pm, Sundays 11am – 4pm, except on nights when we have a performance. Then the box office will be open until 30 minutes after the show start time. Please be aware that when a show is going in, we will be very busy on the box office so may be unable to take box office calls.

By Phone
Call 01235 515144 between 10am - 6pm Tuesday to Saturday and 11am - 4pm on Sunday.  The venue will be closed on Mondays including the box office.

 

By Post
Download and complete the Booking Form (from DOWNLOADS above). Send completed form to Cornerstone Box Office, 25 Station Road, Didcot, Oxon, OX11 7NE.  Please do not send cash by post.  Please clearly state the name, date and time of the performance, how many tickets you require, whether you are entitled to any concessions and what your seat preferences are.  Please also include your name, address and telephone number.

 

We accept cash, cheques (payable to South Oxfordshire District Council) and most credit and debit cards. Tickets can be posted to you for an additional 50p. We do not charge a booking fee for credit and debit cards in person or over the telephone. However we do charge £1.00 processing fee on each internet transaction (not per ticket) and if you request your tickets to be posted, an additional 50p on top of the £1.  Prebooked tickets can be collected from the Box Office in advance and on the show night.  We cannot accept unpaid reservations, nor can customers pay for reservations on a show night. All audience members must have a valid ticket to enter a performance.   

 

Seating plan
Please see the Seating plan image at the top of the page. We house off rows AA and M initially because we reserve these for a period for wheelchair users. 

 

Access
If you have any access issues, please do give us a call before booking your tickets as we can advise as to best seats to suit you and also discuss any evacuation needs. 


Concessions

Concession rates apply to:

  • those under 16 years of age
  • students in full time education
  • people in receipt of income support
  • jobseekers allowance
  • working tax credit
  • disabled persons tax credit
  • housing benefit
  • council tax rebate
  • pensions tax credit

If you are a pensioner but you do not claim or are not awarded pensions tax credit then you are not eligable for a concession. This is in line with South Oxfordshire District Council's Leisure Pass scheme. The concessions rules will be reviewed regularly, feel free to e-mail us on cornerstone@southoxon.gov.uk if you have an opinion about our concessions policy that you would like to share with us. 

 

Proof of concession may be required. We reserve the right to make special offers or discounts from time to time.  Please note that we do not accept unaccompanied young people under 14 to events, except where otherwise stated.  

Returns and Exchanges
Tickets are non-refundable.  Exchanges are only available at the discretion of the box office staff. Tickets must be returned at the time of the exchange and an administration fee of £1 will be charged for each exchange.
